What to expect?

We will be working ceremonially to journey with the drum and (re)discover the magic of its wild sound and sensation. Alongside this, we’ll learn practical tools and techniques for improving your drum practice.

We will mix experiential with teaching, solo exercises with group practice and time for discussion around our experiences being seen and heard.

We are not aiming for technical perfection; we’re aiming for courageous authenticity and to improve our confident expression of self. I will be creating a safe space, to support us in our heart opening practice.

*This is a judgement free zone. It doesn’t matter if you think you aren’t very good, let’s grow together.

The power of the drum, history and origins The drum as a tool for spiritual ascension and deep healing for the mind and body Tuning in to your drum, how to play and connect Increasing sensitivity to sound vibration Rhythm - listening and leading, internal and external Presence and awareness to timbre and volume Voice and drum Drumming/leading in song circles

Who is this for?

This drum activation training is for anyone who wants to deepen their connection with the transformative power of the drum. Whether you’re a beginner and are just starting or have had your medicine drum for a while, we will journey deeper into its vibrational magic together and learn skills to improve our practice along the way.

You don’t need to have your own drum, just a calling to go deeper (let me know if you don’t have one as I can lend).

Your Guide 

Charlotte is an intuitive healer, musician and earth guide. Highly attuned to energy, sound and spirit, she works with source to help others step into the deep truth of their authentic soul selves. Working ceremonially, she supports people to harness the power of their own lifeforce energy in order to remember how wildy powerful they are and how important their light is. She has over 15 years formal classical music training, 8 further years specialising in sacred sound, mantra and ancestral connection and a background in coaching and hypnotherapy. She has been working with the drum for the last few years.
